LISTSERV Maestro: New Email Marketing Solution

A new, university-supported email marketing solution is available to UConn faculty and staff.

Listserv Maestro is the recommended solution for sending newsletter and campaigns through University email servers. Maestro is similar to Mailchimp and Constant Contact and offers the following features:

  • Tracking for messages and links in them
  • Reports based on tracking information
  • Support for templates, existing and customized
  • Subscriber management
  • List ownership and management

Unlike the third-party products, however, email campaigns sent through Maestro will not have the external warning banner at the top and appear to be sent from an @uconn.edu address. Since Maestro integrates with our LISTSERV environment, you can use existing LISTSERV lists. More information about Listserv Maestro and how it works is available in the Knowledge Base.
