ITS selected Motus as the new service provider for university-issued cellular phones that will manage all aspects of the process and deliver the extended, 24-hour support that has long been requested by our community. Employees will be able to order their phone through a workflow that automates authentication, approvals, and fulfillment. They will also be able to access usage, device, and plan information through the Motus site. We are currently using the management site to process new orders while finishing internal testing.
