ITS launched Wepa at the start of the semester as a replacement for HuskyPrint. Wepa provides far more flexibility for payment and usage than its predecessor and provides a contemporary experience that is consistent with how students expect to interact with IT services. They can download an app for mobile touchless printing and choose to print directly from Google Drive, Blackboard, and OneDrive. Staff are readily available near the most frequently used printers to answer customer questions and provide direct support. The feedback from students has been overwhelmingly positive, and their satisfaction is substantiated by usage; since the launch of Wepa, over 36,034 pages have been printed at the 22 printer stations on all six campuses.
