ITS is simplifying and streamlining individual support services. The Technology Support Center (TSC) is housed in Homer Babbidge Library (HBL) and provides general IT support to faculty, staff, and students. For students, this location is also where they can receive assistance with hardware issues.  Faculty and staff, however, were directed to the Temporary Administration Building for hardware support.  We have received feedback that this disjointed approach was confusing, and that it often resulted in people going to multiple places to resolve issues.  Starting December 23, equipment and general support services for all faculty, staff, and students will reside in the same location in HBL.  Combining common capabilities for respective constituents will make it easier for everyone to more readily avail themselves of these support services.
