Similar to the push to address outdated Windows 10 operating systems, ITS will begin to notify owners of computers running an outdated version of Windows 11.
Some Windows 11 devices are not updating properly to the current version (25H2). Instead, they remain on a previous version that might not or will soon no longer receive crucial security patches.
A technician must diagnose and fix the problem. Therefore, we will be sending owners of outdated devices a direct message and will display a background image on their device to notify them of the issue and direct them to tech support.
