Use of our supported videoconferencing solutions – Webex, Teams, and Collaborate – increased by over 400% at UConn when we went fully online in March 2020. Similar growth can be seen worldwide across many industries, and this surge has pushed individual videoconferencing software vendors to add capabilities to remain competitive. Webex released an update this week where session hosts can allow participants to choose a breakout room and move freely among them.
