Current events have resulted in increased use of systems, services, and capabilities that support remote teaching, learning, meeting, and collaborating. One of our key priorities over the past weeks was to bolster information in the IT Knowledge Base (kb.uconn.edu) to facilitate self-help for remote faculty and staff. The “IT Guide to Telecommuting” is a living document that collects key information and points to relevant articles within the Knowledge Base. We will continue to evolve the guide as new features and tools become available, and will use it to supplement announcements via email, websites, and the Daily Digest. I would request that you review it periodically to ensure that it is both accurate and up-to-date, and I encourage you to emphasize it as an asset to your constituents.
