This text-based live interaction feature enables our support staff to engage one-on-one with multiple individuals concurrently, reacting promptly to requests while better scaling the support operation. The WebDev team has made a plugin for the tawk.to live chat app available for all websites built on Aurora. It can help you better respond to the influx of questions and provide sustained remote support as the University transitions to online learning and telecommuting.
