In 2014, we published a strategic plan that was well aligned to the existing university landscape.
The goals in the plan were carefully designed to ensure that ITS would support the institutional mission and the success of our community, both as individuals and within their varying roles at UConn. These goals provided structure for our activities and initiatives and enabled us to evolve ITS over the intervening period.
