ListServ allows customers to create and maintain email lists through a web interface and is used to collaborate and share information with large groups of people. Subscribers can be from the University community or the general public.

Some key features include:

  • Web interface used to maintain lists as well as personal preferences
  • List archives are available on the web or through an RSS feed
  • Users can set personal preferences including start page, experience mode, navigation styles and more
  • List owners can view dashboards to provide “at-a-glance” summaries of their lists
